Hi, Eric
    How about this patch?
    This is to make SDVO DDC switch reliable on SDVO card. After we
issue the SDVO DDC switch command on some SDVO cards(for example: based
on conextant chip), we can't read the EDID of external attached monitor.
Then we will have no way to select the proper resolution for it.

     Now a P1 bug(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23842) is
blocked.
