[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] modes: Retry GETCONNECTOR if a hotplug event occurs between the two ioctls

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, your patch didn't address the cause of #25912 for me. In
my case, it was the GETCONNECTOR ioctl which caused the bug, not
GETRESOURCES.

I've cooked up the attached patch which applies similar changes to the
GETCONNECTOR ioctl. Seems to be working here for me at the moment, but
please review it carefully ;)
