Yep, that's it. No userspace stuff needed (latest libdrm contains the
ioctl definitions).

This is a mininal backport to .32 of the new ioctl merged into for .33. I
intend to support this and gather eventual fixes in the mentioned git
repo. Distros are encouraged to use this, IIRC debian and gentoo will.
Save when you want to severely bend the rules, this is not stable
material: New ioctl, 1.5k loc, not quite the code merged in -linus (but
less invasive and easier to support standalone).
