Would this be something for 2.6.32.x? I'm starting to see several bug
reporters in Ubuntu (10.04 will ship with 2.6.32 kernel) having
problems reporting GPU-hang bugs since they are copying
/sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_* and reading i915_regs makes the
computer hang.
