[Intel-gfx] Intel Arrandale IGDNG VGA issue

Dear ykzhao,

In MS Windows, it is normal.
Could you provide some information about where is the MMIIO space for
modifying below values?
clock.n, clock.m1, clock.m2, clock.p1, clock.p2, clock.dot, clock.vco,
clock.m, clock.p

then I can use RW-everything to get the values on Windows,
then, try to set it in Linux as the same values?
