If this is an exact patch that has actually been tested by a user,
please include Tested-by lines so I can know that it's good and you have
a reason to be sending it to me.  I just spent half an hour tracking
down that this patch *had* actually been tested and that the previous
patch that you'd sent to the list and which I'd applied *hadn't* been
tested.
