Will you please attach the following info:

     a. Xorg.0.log
    b. add the boot option of "drm.debug=0x04" and attach the output of
dmesg
    c. xrandr -q --verbose

It will be great if you can open a new bug on
bugs.freedesktop.org(Product=xorg, component = driver/intel) and attach
the corresponding info:

please also attach the output of intel_reg_dumper on your box. The
intel_reg_dumper tool is included in intel_gpu_tool,
which can be downloaded from:
   >http://xorg.freedesktop.org/archive/individual/app/ or the latest
code at git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/app/intel-gpu-tools

Please also attach the output of vbios.dump on your box, which can be
obtained by using the following command:
    1. echo 1 > /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/rom
    2. cat /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/rom >vbios.dump
    3. echo 0 > /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/rom

Thanks.
