does it have limit on reference frames? Similarly to 12 REFS in DXVA in
Windows XP?
Is it able to run smoothly Samsung Oceanic 40Mb video?
(Samsung.Demo.Oceanic.Life.x264.1080p.40Mbps.mkv can be found on google)
