[Intel-gfx] XVMC enabling

Hi

I have a 945G chipset on Jaunty. 

I tried bringing up xf86-video-intel-2.12.0 and xf86-video-intel-2.13.0. But XVMC seems to be disabled... Could someone give me some pointers on how to turn it on?
