Here is the xorg.0.log from the 2.12 driver and 2.6.35-20 kernel.
Looks similar. Does 2.12 support interlaced modes?

This is interesting.
The problem is, when I update my installation to the latest version along with a newer kernel I still get the same issues. The log looks a little different but it still cannot display the Interlaced mode properly.
What version DOES support interlace?

Because you're running 2.9.1, which doesn't allow interlaced modes.
