[Intel-gfx] _swrast_write_rgba_span calling NULL rb->PutRow

I'm seeing an easily reproducible X crash when unlocking an OpenGL
screensaver with KWin compositing enabled.  The crash occurs when
_swrast_write_rgba_span calls rb->PutRow, which is apparently NULL.
