although it is fixed in drm-intel-staging (7b6685b35b69e19d6e3298706c12faf016f20117)

Attached find a copy of the corresponding i915_error_state file.

Hitting this bug will lock keyboard and screen (a clean shutdown via ssh login is still possible),
so I strongly believe that it should be fixed before the final release of 2.6.39.
