[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] drm/i915: clean up PIPECONF bpc #defines

Ilk+ somehow used #defines in near the PIPESTAT definitions, which
decently confused me. Earlier platforms called it BPP instead of
BPC. Clean this all up.
