I tried the same (Slicies H.264 PAL 1080i-25.ts):

 49% framedrops on my I5 661. 

I tested this file also on my Arrandale i3 350 and it worked pretty
well with windows 7 xbmc and dxva deinterlacing only 7 framedrops at beginning.
