[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 00/12] Infoframe fixes

Hi

This is an initial set of patches related to InfoFrames I developed.
They're based on a few bugs I can reproduce and also on the register
specifications. The first patch is candidate to stable, but patches 2,
3 and 4 could also be (they fix my system when I boot only with an
HDMI monitor and nothing else, not even LVDS, but I couldn't get any
bug reporter to confirm this yet). Patch 3 should also fix
non-hdmi-related problems.

How did I test? I change intel_hdmi.c and set the Pixel Repetition
field of the AVI InfoFrame to '1' for every possible mode, so one of
my monitors (only that one...) displays only half of the pixels when
it recognizes the AVI InfoFrame. When it does not recognize them, the
image is normal.

I tested this on one Gen 4 machine, Ironlake, Sandy Bridge and Ivy
Bridge. They all seem to work now. The biggest source of problems I
had was when booting with only an HDMI monitor (not even an LVDS
panel): this case was tested on SNB and IVB.

I will still write more patches for this in the near future, but set
this looks good right now and fixes all the problems I can reproduce.
So the other patches can go in a second round.
