[Intel-gfx] GPU Hang in Intel Driver

[Dihan Wickremasuriya]

Will try mesa 8.0 or newer and report back. I had already bumped up libdrm
and xf86-video-intel to the latest available (2.4.43 and 2.21.5
respectively).
