[Intel-gfx] [PULL] bdw-fixes for 3.13

Hi Dave,

Just noticed that this one here hasn't landed in drm-fixes yet.
Somehow I've thought it has and I've sent you the latest bdw fix in
the normal pull request. I guess I need to get my topic branch model
sorted out a bit better first.

Can you please pull this one in before pulling the normal -fixes pull request?
