[Intel-gfx] No display on i830GM

Hi folks,

still no display on the i830GM based laptop. I'm attaching 
/var/log/debug.log with drm.debug=-1. Note that
the laptop display is on DVI-1, which should be connected to pipe B. 
Pipe A should only be enabled due to the
workaround.

Maybe you want to take a look on the attached file and provide a hint 
what might be wrong here.
