New -next cut, probably the last one for 3.9. Highlights
- clarified the reset state machine and made it robuster
- some memory barrier clarifications/fixes from Chris
- gen4 inverted brightness quirks from Jani
- fix for hsw eld support (Wang Xingchao)
- kill the vlv IS_DISPLAYREG hack (Ville)
- more gtt cleanups and refactors from Ben
- unclaimed register fixes for hsw (Paulo)
- haswell display power well support (Paulo)
