Should be unrelated. Have you tested the 3.10-rc7 kernel? That
shouldn't have the resume corruption bug yet but is otherwise the same
drm/i915 code as 3.10. Most likely the bug is there already. If that's
the case can you please file a bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM (Intel)?
