[Intel-gfx] Updated fastboot patches

They're slowly getting slurped in.  These ones are rebased on top of the
bits Daniel pushed today, and include the comments from Imre.

There's one missing piece for getting fastboot to not slowboot on
laptops that don't use the native mode: overriding the pixel clock of a
panel fitted mode with the native one.  The BIOS takeover code can
already adjust the width, height, and pitch, but for the clock we may
need to fetch it from the EDID and add a pipe_config flag or something.

But as they are, I think most of these patches are ready, with the r-b
from Imre.
