BTW if this happens, and BIOS missed our call, will anyone clear
SWSCI_SCIC_INDICATOR? If not, we're bound to keep hitting:

>   - SWSCI request already in progress

So maybe we should just clear SWSCI_SCIC_INDICATOR ourselves on timeout?
