[Intel-gfx] glamor and xvmc

I don't think glamor support xmvc now.
However port those xmvc code to glamor is doable.

-intel needs to explicitly enable Xv support in its glamor backend, which it does not yet do. I'm not sure if glamor could expose the hardware motion compensation acceleration though.
