Hi Peter,

Thanks for the bug report. To avoid losing track of it (too much going
on here all the time) can you please file a bug report on
bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM (Intel).

We need
- dmesg with drm.debug=0xe added to your kernel (just for the system
information the driver dumps, so from a working kernel is ok)
- the bisected kernel commit

Also can you please test whether the latest drm-intel-nightly branch
works? Ubuntu has a autobuilder kernel image under the
drm-intel-experimental name, so should be easy to give it a go
quickly.

If that doesn't help can you please test partial resume testing with

# echo <mode> > /sys/power/pm_test
# echo mem > /sys/power/state

For the list of test modes is core processors platform devices
freezer. Start with the first and grab the dmesg as soon as the box
doesn't freeze any more (and please take note of which test mode
you've used ofc).
