[Intel-gfx] [QA 08/01 ww31] Testing report for `drm-intel-testing` (was: Updated -next)

Summary
We covered the platform: Broadwell, Baytrail-M, Haswell (mobile, desktop and ULT), Ivybridge, SandyBridge, IronLake.
In this circle, 8 new bugs are filed.

Finding

1)       One patch from Dave caused 4 cases failure, which block many test case:

Bug 81895<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81895> - [BDW Bisected SST/MST] 4k resolution cannot be found when connected by MST (but is shown for SST)

Bug 81903<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81903> - [BDW Bisected] DP Hot plug cause DP monitor can't be lighted up   (This bug block all BDW DP hot plug cases)

Bug 81890<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81890> - [BDW Bisected]One DP monitor was recognized as two DP monitors by mistake

Bug 81856<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81856> - [HSW/BDW Bisected]HDMI hot plug cause system hang           (This bug block all BDW and HSW HDMI Hot plug and display cases)



2)       Bug 81940<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81940> - [BDW Bisected]eDP can't be lighted up after Xrandr rotate (This bug block all BDW rotation cases)

3)       Bug 81826<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81826> - [BDW Bisected] eDP monitor can't be lighted up after S3

4)       Bug 81948<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81948> - [BYT-M Regression]System unable resume from S3/S4

5)       Bug 81949<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81949> - [BYT-M Regression]igt/testdisplay causes system hang while plug-in VGA/HDMI

Power performance (Wendy owns).
FBC is not actually working on BDW,  we have JIRA bug track it: VIZ-4006 FBC apparently not working.
LPSP works well and one JIRA bug is closed: VIZ-4057 LPSP feature did not save power from system wise power consumption data<https://jira01.devtools.intel.com/browse/VIZ-4057>
