[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] drm/i915: select MMU_NOTIFIER

Without this the interactions with the core mm don't work to well and
heavy userptr tests OOM _really_ premature. With this my 2G memory
atom is much happier when running gem_userptr_blt tests.
