[Intel-gfx] Menu shakes or vibrate in ubuntu 13.10.

Hi,

I have connected a VGA and a DP monitor on Bayley Bay platform.
I am booting ubuntu 13.10 with the kernel
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-intel/log/?h=drm-intel-fixes

If i write click in the desktop on the DP port monitor and go through the
menu items I am observing shakes or vibrations

This problem is not seen when I boot only VGA or DP. It comes only during
dual display configuration.

Any pointer how to debug this issue?. I have attached my kernel config.
