[Intel-gfx] Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 instability

Hello i try to get help in this channel or something to do, a ¿next step?...

i fill some bug reports on ubuntu launchpad:

But none of these answers help me.

The laptop actually runs dual boot in UEFI mode, in windows 8 for example
Serious Sams 3 and other Steam Games run well, no crashes, but in
linuxsometimes experiments kernel panics or graphics corruptions.

I try with the old drivers for example in Chakra (latest version) and the
results its the same.

I try with newest drivers, latest kernel and fails too.

Any help to capture the error? maybe BIOS boot mode? i don't know whats its
the next thing to do.
