[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 4/4] drm/i915: Kill intel_render_ring_init_dri

The old dri1 code is dead and this ring init function seems to confuse
people badly. So let's remove it.
There's lots more (especially in i915_dma.c) which is dead code now,
but that can be ditched later on.
