[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v4 1/5] drm: Add config for detecting libdrm

Use pkg-config to try to find libdrm headers. If that fails look for
the kernel headers. If no headers are found, drm support will not be
compiled.

* configure.ac: Use pkg-config to find libdrm
