[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 0/5] HDMI optimization series

This series adds some optimization related to reading of edid only when
required and when live status says so.
The comments in the patches explain more.

First 3 patches were posted earlier(last week) too.
Sending them again along with the live status patch as part of the series.
