[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v2] drm/i915 : Added Programming of the MOCS

The same entries have different requirement sources. I'll see if I can find some communality.
Also, I might change some of the numbers to user named values and that may make it easier to work out the usage.

I was wondering, would it possible to document the intended usage for the defined configurations? That'd help user space drivers I think.
