[Intel-gfx] CRTC fixup failed

When running some kms tests (e.g., kms_plane) immediately after i915 load, getting below error:

I am using drm-intel-nightly as of last Friday:

Workaround I am using is, run testdisplay once and rerun the test, it goes through.
Didn't spend much time debugging it, but anyone looking at this?
