In Indirect context w/a batch buffer,
+WaFlushCoherentL3CacheLinesAtContextSwitch:bdw

v2: Add LRI commands to set/reset bit that invalidates coherent lines,
update WA to include programming restrictions and exclude CHV as
it is not required (Ville)
