[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 12/21] drm/i915: Ensure colorkey and scaling aren't enabled at same time

[Chandra Konduru]

Plane scaling and colorkey are mutually exclusive. Ensure scaling
isn't active at the time of enabling colorkey.
