Summary

Below bug is fixed:
86478<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86478> *ERROR* uncleared pch fifo underrun on pch transcoder A & *ERROR* uncleared fifo underrun on pipe B while plugging in VGA: Daniel close this bug since he thinks that the bug contains many different issues, which is confusing. We still see Pipe B underrun issue that now checked in 74102.
