[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t] libs/igt_core.c: Fix compile warnings in igt_core.c

Fixed variables incorrectly declared as signed instead of unsigned.

Fixed 'unused parameter' warning from signal handlers that were
not using the signal parameter.
