[Intel-gfx] How to provide useful debug info to intel-gfx@?

Hello!
I am trying to get Intel G45 Video to work in native 1920x1200
mode on SONY VGC-LV50DB. Only 1600x1200 works by default
on LVDS1, resulting in black, not-used space on the right side of
the monitor. 1920x1200 does work inside that 1600x1200 area
by using panning, though.
Would someone care to be kind enough to enlighten me on the
best way to provide useful debug information? What distribution
and compile options to use etc.
* Please kindly note that I am not subscribed to the list.
