[Intel-gfx] MST Behavior on BDW

Hi Dave,

The following behavior is observed on BDW for MST using drm-nightly kernel:

1.       Connected boot: Display comes up on MST panel but the system is driven to low graphics mode (command line), i.e. UI doesn't come up.

2.       Hot plug: No display on MST panel.

Request you to kindly confirm this behavior for MST on BDW.

P.S: We are observing the same behavior after applying the reorganization of DP HPD handling patches.
