[Intel-gfx] [PATCH igt v7.1 1/4] lib/tests: Add igt_assert_*() self-tests

Make sure our igt_assert variants are doing something that looks vaguely
like the right thing.

v7.1: Rename to igt_assert, add to .gitignore.
