[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t] lib/tests: explicitly raise SIGSEGV

Dereferencing a NULL pointer is undefined behaviour and may not always
result in a segmentation fault. Explicitly raise the SIGSEGV signal to
test handling of this signal.
