(Not your change, but just to make a note of it):

This comment is a bit misleading, as GuC submission is available on 
Gen9+ and in fact may be the preferred mechanism. Of course GuC 
submission is really ELSP submission behind the scenes, but it still 
looks odd to say "execlists only".
