Did mulled about this, then finally decided to do it as per your comment.
So would this be fine ?
	expected_size = guc_get_log_buffer_size(type);
And will define the helper in this source file only.

Yes it did complain but then had to remove the space to avoid the 80 
character warning.

Yes gen9_disable_guc_interrupts() can run on another CPU (in case of 
forceful suspend or disabling logging through debugfs control) after the 
spinlock has been released.
But this check is for the case where interrupt disabling happens just
before this work item starts the execution.

Will consider removing this check.

Have moved guc_log_cleanup to i915_guc_unregister() function in the 
later patch (to match the i915_guc_register()).
Would like to keep unpin_and_release here only to match the 
guc_submission_init().
