With SLPC, GuC firmware SLPC S/W requested frequency be operated in the 
softlimits analogous to
Host softlimits. Limits might be different with SLPC and can be 
controlled through regular interfaces.
dev_priv->rps.[min|max]_freq are HW Min/Max.
