[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t v1] tests/kms_ccs: Add test for render compression

Add a few subtests that check that lossless compressed render targets
are properly displayed. Also test a few error conditions.

this has been tested with Ville's branch at:

The test was based on Ville's one at:
