[Intel-gfx] Problem Building From intel-gpu-tools Git Repo

I ran in to a problem trying to build from the master branch of the git for
intel-gpu-tools.  I'm building using Fedora's COPR.  Here's the build log
of the failure.

I just changed the cast to a uint32_t if not building for x86_64 and the
build succeeded.
