[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t 00/11] igt doc updates

Unfortunately igt docs have fallen a bit to pieces the last few months. I kinda
expected that Marius as the maintainer and the autobuilder would take care of
catching most of this, but alas no :(

I didn't fix up igt_kms since that's a real mess, and there's lots of work from
Maarten and Ander in this area, essentially volunteering them.
