[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t 10/10] tests: Add kms_rmfb test.

This tests rmfb and last close behavior. In those cases the framebuffers
should be removed from the crtc.

If atomic modeset is supported, we do it all in one nice atomic commit too.
