[Intel-gfx] Reordering debugfs registration vs driver loader, take 2

I had to dig around a bit more to get connectors registering correctly,
and to fix a chicken-and-egg problem in the early eDP detection. Quite a
few small incremental changes now around connectors/backlight to try
and catch issues with reordering operations.
