For atomic, I would count vblank numbers too. This would mean not using igt_pipe_crc_collect_crc, instead use
igt_pipe_crc_get_crcs + start/stop.
In case of atomic, I would only warn if more than 1 vblank passed, on ilk and chv/vlv platforms we may have to wait a extra vblank.

For atomic, you'd want to pass DRM_MODE_PAGE_FLIP_EVENT and wait on the fd.

The test would run a lot faster if you move iterations to after the modeset,
so instead of DP1 then DP2, then DP1 again, you would run a test on DP1 12
times, then DP2. It saves ~22 modesets -> 11 seconds per test.
